Why these answers are different
Most FAQ pages restate what’s already all over the internet. Ours don’t. They’re written from real Maryland experience — a founder who survived two crashes and a childhood dog bite, a former Maryland District Court Commissioner, a former Maryland State Senator, a working Baltimore City Fire Battalion Chief, and a team that does the detailed work (like structured settlements for injured children) that protects clients for the long haul. Our founder also teaches these subjects to attorneys nationally through the National Business Institute — so these answers come from lawyers other lawyers learn from. And we keep them current: we update these answers every month, based on real conversations with real Marylanders we represent.
